I have absolutely no information about this place, but you can find it quite easily in this purple and yellow building on Main Street. The Clausen Walters Real Estate Company and Candy Cravings occupy the ground floor and according to the sign at left these quarters are located just above.

The character at right has appeared at the Scarecrow Festival promoting the making and eating of fudge.
